بیانیه اجتماع بزرگ مهاجرین افغانستانی استان اصفهان در اعتراض به اقدامات و سیاست های گروه تحریک طالبان

مهاجرین افغانستانی مقیم استان اصفهان ایران امروز دوشنبه 29 سنبله در اجتماع بزرگ اعتراض خود را به اقدامات و سیاست های گروه تحریک طالبان نشان دادند.

متن بیانیه که توسط خانم زاهدی خوانده شد به شرح ذیل می‌باشد:
 بِسْمِ ٱللَّٰهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِیمِ
العامِلُ بِالظُّلمِ وَ المُعینُ لَهُ وَ الرّاضی بِهِ شُرَکاء
 ستمکار و آن کس که با او همکاری می کند و آن کس که به این ستم رضایت می دهد هر سه در جرم شریکند. امام صادق ( بحارالانوار ج 72 ص 332)

امروز افغانستان گرفتار حوادث ناگواری شده است و متاسفانه جهان در سکوت سنگین دولت ها و سازمان های حقوق بشری و بین المللی به سر می برد ؛ ما در قبال سرنوشت جمعی خود حساس هستیم و نمی‌پذیریم که بار دیگر افغانستان مکانی امن برای پرورش تروریست ها باشد، تاریخ نشان داده حکومتی که مقبولیت مردمی نداشته باشد ماندگاری ندارد.

 امروز در افغانستان گروهی بر اثر معاملات ننگینی که بین دولت خود فروخته قبل و آمریکا بوده بر مسند قدرت نشسته و به زور اسلحه می‌خواهد حکومت کند. آمدن رئیس سازمان سیا و رئیس استخبارات پاکستان در روزهای نخست حکومت طالبان نشان دهنده این است که این گروه برخاسته از خواست ملت نیست؛ بلکه یک گروه وابسته و دست نشانده می‌باشد.

ما کشور آمریکا و هم پیمانانش را مسئول این بحران میدانیم ، کشور آمریکا پس از دو دهه اشغال نه تنها موفق نشد گروه های تروریستی را از بین ببرد بلکه افغانستان را وارد یک بحران جدید کرد و ملت افغانستان هرگز این خیانت آمریکا را فراموش نخواهد کرد.

 متأسفانه ملت افغانستان روزهای تلخی را سپری می‌کند در حالیکه تمام نهاد های بین المللی مانند سازمان ملل و شورای امنیت و اکثر کشورهای جهان و منطقه سیاست سکوت را در پیش گرفته اند و حتی کشور پاکستان به خود این اجازه را می دهد که در خاک افغانستان دخالت نظامی نماید.

در روزهای اخیر دولت خود خوانده طالبان در مناطق مختلف افغانستان و مخصوصاً پنجشیر دست به جنایت های ضد بشری زده اند و نشان دادند که تغییری نکرده اند .

امروز شاهدیم که هموطنانمان در سرتاسر افغانستان، بدون وابستگی قومی و مذهبی و همچنین با همراهی زنان آگاه و شجاع، قیام کرده اند و صدای رسای عدالت خواهی و برابری را فریاد میزنند‌ و جواب طالبان به این اعتراضات شلاق ، زندان و سرکوب معترضین بوده است. ما مهاجرین افغانستانی امروز در این مکان جمع شده ایم تا صدای رسای ملت خود باشیم و در برابر این اقدامات اعتراض کنیم.

طالبان با اعلام لیست وزراء تمام طالبانی خود نشان دادند که به وعده های خود مبنی بر حکومت همه شمول و رعایت کردن حقوق اقوام و زنان به جامعه جهانی و ملت افغانستان، عمل نمی‌کنند.

در این روزها با تخریب و توهین به مزار و نماد های بزرگان و رهبران اقوام افغانستان از جمله تخریب مجسمه شهید مزاری در بامیان و مقبره شهید احمد شاه مسعود در پنجشیر رو به رو هستیم که نشان می دهد این گروه بر خلاف گفته هایشان در عمل دشمنی آشکاری با اقوام و فرهنگ و هنر این سرزمین دارند . این خطر احساس می‌شود که اگر حکومت طالبان به رسمیت شناخته شود همانند گذشته سعی در تخریب نماد های فرهنگی و باستانی و تمدن بزرگ این سرزمین دارد و به خصوص زبان فارسی در خطر بزرگی قرار خواهد گرفت.

در آخر ما از جامعه جهانی و کشور های منطقه‌ای خواسته های مشخصی داریم که عبارتند از:
1-  دولت آینده افغانستان می بایست پاسبان و حافظ تمام دستاوردهای فرهنگی و اجتماعی بیست ساله در افغانستان باشد بخصوص قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی افغانستان، پرچم ملی، انتخابات، حقوق زن، مدنیت، آزادی بیان و رسانه ی آزاد .
2 -  هرچه سریعتر حملات این گروه در بخش های شمالی و مرکزی کشور مخصوصا به منطقه پنجشیر متوقف گردد و کشتار مردم مسلمان از جمله زنان و کودکان که مهر باطلی بر ادعای مبارزه ی آنان برای اسلام و شریعت است از طرف سازمان های حقوق بشر و سازمان ملل، شورای امنیت، کشورهای اسلامی و منطقه ای به مثابه جنایت جنگی شناخته شود و این حملات محکوم گردد .
3 - مجامع بین‌المللی به خصوص کشورهای منطقه ای باید زمینه برگزاری انتخابات آزاد و شفاف تحت نظر سازمان های بین المللی و کشورهای اسلامی را فراهم کنند تا مردم افغانستان نوع حکومت خود را با انتخابات تعیین کنند.
4 - ما از مسئولان کشور دوست و برادر، جمهوری اسلامی ایران به عنوان یک کشور تاثیر گذار منطقه ای که قرابت های فراوانی با ملت افغانستان دارد، بر اساس فرمایشات مقام معظم رهبری که فرمودند: "ما طرفدار ملت افغانستان هستیم" و همچنین صحبت های صریح رئیس جمهور محترم ایران جناب آقای دکتر رئیسی مبنی بر "استقرار حکومت فراگیر و مشارکتی با حضور همه اقوام و گروه های افغانستانی و حکومت برخواسته از آرای ملت افغانستان" ، درخواست می نمائیم که این گروه را نه تنها به رسمیت نشناسند بلکه در قبال عملکرد های این گروه حساسیت بیشتری داشته باشند و با فشار سیاسی و دیپلماتیک سعی کنند خواست ملت افغانستان از طرف طالبان برآورده شود‌.5-  افغانستان رنگین کمان اقوام ومذاهب است حکومتی می تواند مقبولیت و مشروعیت پیدا کند که تمام اقوام و مذاهب را به رسمیت بشناسد و به حقوق سیاسی، فرهنگی، اجتماعی و مذهبی آنان احترام بگذارد.
6 - افغانستان همانطوری که اقوام و مذاهب مختلف دارد، به تبع آن زبان ها و فرهنگ های مختلف نیز دارد زبان فارسی که یکی از زبان های پرسابقه و تاریخی مردم افغانستان است باید به رسمیت شناخته شود .
7  - در هرکشور زنان نصف پیکر جامعه، و به همان میزان در پیشرفت و تعالی کشور موثرند، بی تردید جامعه و حاکمیتی که حقوق سیاسی، فرهنگی و مدیریتی زنان را به رسمیت نشناسند، پیشرفت متوازن و قابل قبول نخواهد داشت از این رو دولت آینده افغانستان نباید و نمی تواند حقوق زنان را با توجه به تجربه وتخصص شان نادیده بگیرد.
ما یقین داریم که افغانستان باوجود جوانان آگاه، سرافراز وغیرتمند، از این برهه تاریخی عبور خواهد کرد
 برادری ها و نابرادری های کشورهای دخیل در حوادث افغانستان را نیز به یاد خواهند داشت.

The cruel, the collaborating person and the one who consents to this oppression, all three are accomplices to the crime.

Today, afghanistan has faced with a tragedy and unfortunately, governments, human rights and international organizations are following a painful silence. we are sensitive and responsible against our collective future and we don’t accept that afghanistan is a safe place for terrorists once again. the historical evidences have shown that a government that doesn’t have popular acceptance, also will not last.
Today, in afghanistan, a group has taken the power as a result of the shameful transaction between the previous traitorous government and the united states of america and wants to govern by force of weapon. the presence of the head of CIA and pakistan intelligence in the early days of the taliban regime in afghanistan, shows that this group didn’t arise from the intention of people, but it’s a dependent and puppet group.
We include the united states of america and its allies as responsible for this crisis. the united states of america, after two decades of occupation of afghanistan, not only failed to eliminate terrorist groups, but also plunged afghanistan into a new crisis and the people of afghanistan will never forget this betrayal.
Unfortunately, people of afghanistan are going through bitter days, while all international institutions, such as the United Nations , the security council and the most countries of the world and the region, have pursued a policy of silence and even pakistan allows itself to military intervention in afghanistan.
In recent days, the self-proclaimed Taliban government is committing crimes against humanity in different parts of afghanistan, especially in panjshir, and so it shows that they have not changed.
Today, our people around the afghanistan, have risen without ethnic or religious affiliation and with the participation of knowledgeable and brave women while shout for justice; but Taliban response to these protests, has been suppressing protesters and imprisoning.
Today, we afghan refugees are gathered here to be the shout of our nation to protest against these actions.
After the announcing the list of Taliban ministers which all are from themselves, they have shown that they don’t keep their promises to the international community and the people of afghanistan to establish an inclusive government that respects the rights of all ethnicities and women.
In these days, we are facing with destroying and insulting the tombs and symbols of leaders of different ethnicities in afghanistan, including the destruction of Shahid Mazari statue in bamyan and the tomb of Shahid Ahmad Shah Massoud in panjshir which all of these show that this group, contrary to it’s claims, has a clear enmity with the ethnicities, cultures and arts of this land; so, this danger is felt that if the Taliban government is recognized, wil try to destroy the cultural and ancient symbols and civilization of this land as in the past; and especially the Farsi language will be face with danger.
At the end, we have specific demands from the international community and regional countries, including:
1_the international society and future government of afghanistan, should to keep all cultural and social achievements of last twenty years in afghanistan, especially: constitution of the islamic republic of afghanistan, national flag, election, women’s rights, civilization, freedom of speech and media.
2_Their attacks on the northern and central parts of afghanistan, especially panjshir, should to stop, sooner and the murder of muslim people including women and children which denies their claims about islam, should be known and condemned as war crimes by human rights organizations and the United Nations, security council, islamic and regional countries.
3_international societies, especially regional countries, should to provide the context to hold an election under supervision of international organizations and islamic countries, so that the people of afghanistan can determine the type of government through election.
4_We demand from the islamic republic of iran, as our friend and brother and also an influential regional country which has many similarities with afghanistan, that not to recognize this group and to be even more sensitive against their actions and try to put them under political and diplomatic pressures until the taliban accept the people demands. our this demand is based on the talk of iran's supreme leader, Ayatollah Khamenei that said that: “we are supporter of afghanistan people” and also the clear talks of president of iran, Dr. Raisi, about establishment of an inclusive government by the vote of people and with the presence of all afghan ethnicities and groups.
5_Afghanistan is a rainbow of ethnicities and religions; so only a government can gain acceptance and legitimacy that respects to all of those ethnicities and religions and their political, cultural, social and religious rights.
6_As afghanistan has different ethnicities and religions, so it has also different languages and cultures. Farsi language that is one of historical languages of afghanistan people, should be recognized.
7_in every country women are half of society and effective in development of that country. without any doubt, the government or society that doesn’t respect to women’s political, cultural and managerial rights, will not have balanced and acceptable development; at the result, future government of afghanistan should not and can not ignore the women's rights.
We are sure that afghanistan will pass this period  with presence of aware, prideful and brave people and also will not forget the fraternity or enmities of the countries involved in the events in afghanistan.
Hoping for a successful, free and independent afghanistan…

L’Afghanistan est à présent le lieu d’évènements tragiques  et malheureusement, le monde constate le lourd  silence des gouvernements et des associations internationales de droit humain. Nous sommes responsables de notre destin collectif et n’acceptons plus que  notre pays soit un abri pour le terrorisme . L’histoire a démontré que si un régime ne repose pas sur une initiative populaire,il ne survit pas .

Aujourd’hui, en Afghanistan, un groupe a réussi à prendre le pouvoir et gouverner par la force des armes en raison des accords honteux entre le gouvernement précédent et les États-Unis. Le départ du chef de CIA et du service d’intelligence de Pakistan dans les premiers journées du régime des Talibans indique clairement qu’il n’est pas venu de volonté générale. Par contre, C’est un groupe tout dépendant et fantoche.
Nous recconaissons les États-Unis et ses alliés comme les responsables de cette catastrophe. Non seulement l’Amérique n’a pas réussi à démolir les groupes terroristes mais,  elle a aussi fait entrer  l’Afghan dans un nouveau jeu. d’ailleurs, la nation de l’Afghanistan ne l’oubliera jamais.

Par malheur, nous avons passé des  jours sombres, c’est alors que toutes les organisations  telles que : L’Organisation des Nations unies, le Conseil de Sécurité des Nations unies et la plupart des pays du monde entier gardent le silence. En plus, le  Pakistan se permet une ingérence militaire.
Récemment , le gouvernement fantoche des Talibans a fait des crimes contre
droit humain dans les différentes régions du pays surtout dans le Panchir.
Nous sommes témoins de nos compatriotes, dans tout le pays, sans aucune dépendance éthique et religieuse et également  des femmes braves et conscientes qui se révoltent contre les Talibans.

Nous, les réfugiés afghans, sommes réunis ici pour être la voix audible de notre nation et manifestons contre leurs mouvements.

Les Talibans ont montré en choisissant leurs ministres qu’ils ne tiennent pas du tout leurs promesses de présenter un gouvernement représentatif de la société et respectant les droits des femmes.

À ces jours-ci, nous faisons face à la destruction et l’insulte des tombes et des symboles des anciens et ceux de dirigeants afghan, y compris, la destruction de la statue ddu martyr  Muzar à Bamyan et la tombe du martyr Ahmad Shah Masoud à Panchir. Contrairement à ce qu’ils disent, le groupe est en fait ouvertement hostile aux ethnies, à la culture et à l’art du pays et à la grande civilisation de cette terre et surtout la langue persane sera en grand danger.
Finalement, nous exprimons nos intentions distinctives de la communauté internationale et des pays de la région
Qui incluent :
1). La communauté internationale et le futur gouvernement de l’Afghanistan doivent protéger et favoriser toutes les découvertes culturelles et sociales en Afghanistan. Particulièrement :la constitution de la République Islamique de l’Afghanistan, le drapeau du pays, les élections, les droits des femmes, la civilisation, la liberté d’expression et les médias libres.
2) .Il faut cesser , à toutes vitesse possible, les assauts,, dans les régions du nort et du centre du pays surtout à Panchir, les massacres des musulmans, y compris les femmes et les enfants qui sont un timbre rejeté sur leurs agressions contre Islame et les législations islamiques, doivent être reconnus de la part des organisations de droits humains, de l’organisation des Nations unies, de Conseil de Sécurité des Nations unies, des pays islamics comme un crime militaire.
3) . Les communautés internationales, surtout les pays de la région doivent  le moyen d’assurer  le moyen des élections libres et toutes claires sous la surveillance des organisations internationales et des pays islaopour que les gens de l’Afghanistan puissent opter pour leur propre gouvernement.
4) .La République islamique d'Iran, en ce qu'elle exerce une influence dans la région qui compte nombre de personnes rattachées au peuple afghan, sur la base des ordres du Guide suprême : Discours du Président Votre Excellence, Dr.  Ra'isi, sur la question de « la mise en place d'un gouvernement participatif avec la participation de tous les groupes ethniques et groupes afghans et d'un gouvernement basé sur les votes du peuple afghan », a exigé que La Mecque non seulement reconnaisse ce groupe Les actions du groupe devoir seront plus sensibles et encore plus dévastatrices pour satisfaire les demandes du peuple afghan par les talibans par le biais de pressions politiques et diplomatiques.
5) . L’Afghanistan est un arc-en-ciel d’ethnies et de religions.  Un gouvernement peut trouver une acceptation et une légitimité qui reconnaissent toutes les races et religions et respectent leurs droits politiques, culturels, sociaux et religieux.
6) .L’Afghanistan est composé de différentes ethnies et religions, par conséquent de diverses langues et cultures, la langue persane est l’une des langues les plus anciennes et les plus historiques du peuple afghan à être reconnue.
7) .L’ensemble de la société qui concoure le développement et à l’excellence du pays, ne connaîtra certainement pas de progrès équilibrés et acceptables dans une société et dans un gouvernement qui ne reconnaissent pas les droits politiques et culturels à long terme des femmes.  Par conséquent, le futur gouvernement de l’Afghanistan n’est pas et ne peut pas ignorer les droits des femmes sur la base de leur expérience et de leur expertise.
Nous sommes convaincus que l'Afghanistan, malgré sa jeunesse bien informée, fière et honorable, traversera ce moment historique ;  On se souviendra bientôt des confréries et des fraternités des pays impliqués dans les événements en Afghanistan.
